    Include fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet. Salads made from cabbage and root vegetables (carrots, beets, celery) will be useful. You can add fresh herbs (parsley, dill). From fruits, citrus fruits (a source of vitamin C) and others to taste will be useful. If there is pronounced hypovitaminosis, then it is necessary to add tablet vitamins, but only after consulting a doctor.
  2. Fresh air.
    Spend at least 1-2 hours in the fresh air every day, and preferably more. Walking is very useful, it is recommended to take up to 10,000 steps every day). Dress according to the weather to avoid hypothermia and overheating.
  3. Psychoemotional state.

Monitor your mood, try to eliminate annoying factors as much as possible now. Unload the nervous system. Rest more, watch positive and good movies, read books. Limit the use of gadgets before going to bed.
